1. Set the small goal like I wil study this 1 chapter for 1 hour.
2. using the fixed time for study makes your mind tou study when the times arrives and this becomes a habit.
3. Please reward your self after 20 minutes of study like what you like (dance,song,etc...).
4. Keep the study place clean, distraction free.
5. Avoid the Negative thoughts like I have more to study but I haven't completed and start saying I am improving step by step.
6. Track the study using calendar or excel and this makes you motivated.
7. Always remember why are you studying like doctor, engineering etc...
8. If you feel Lazy ,please use the 5 min rule ( 5 minutes of study and go for some other work and after 5 minutes get back).
