If your willing to get your first allotted college then you have to select the choice 2 were thier is a chance of loosing your seat which was allotted in first counseling you can't get back your allotted seat so better you can change the options in option entry so that you can get same college but it also depends on others if they had selected the college which you got selected in first round so until and unless he cancel his seat you can't get your seat back
