Your registration number is mentioned on your admit card.

If you fail to find so check your email id or the payment confirmation against the number it was made.

There are two numbers on your admit card the first one is registration number and the second one would be your roll number. The two numbers that are the registration number and admit card would differ as :

the registration number is the number that is received once you initially start to fill your NEET application form.

The Roll number is the number that is taken out as per your choice of location of the place where you choose the examination to be taken.
