Don't worry, Kindly check your inbox as they always send a mail and SMS to the registered Mail ID and Phone number after the registration.
They mention the registration number along that mail and SMS.

If your are unable to check the both then you can also contact their authorities so that they can resolve your problem.

You can find your TS EAMCAT registration number in your registered email ID or phone number. You must have received an email and SMS to your registered email ID and number respectively.

Check your inbox.
