Hello Komal, Eligibility demanded - Candidates must possess Higher Secondary School Certificate examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects with at least 50% aggregate marks.

Admission Process - Candidates can register themselves for B.Pharm. course by downlaoding, printing and submitting the application form.

Documents:

1. Certificate of date of Birth from Registrar of Births & Deaths
2. Diploma/Degree certificate from the Institute/Board/University attended.
3. Mark sheet/s covering all the courses studied for the Diploma/Degree programme
4. Leaving certificate from Institute last attended
5. SSC/HSSC certificate and mark sheets
6. Four recent, identical passport size photographs
7. SC/ST/OBC certificate, wherever applicable
