See there are a lot lf videos as well as documents available online for such questions. But the point is the main problem is not in the device but is in the interest of the subjects as well as your mindset.

If you can feed your brain properly to concentrate and can control your mindset for sometime then I think distraction will not be a problem for you anymore.

This is the most precise solution you have to discover with yourself.

I hope my answer is not so easy to coup up. But if you understand the crux then you will get benefitted.

Goodnight!

Dear student,

You need to he strict with yourself otherwise you cannot do this. It would be difficult in the initial stage but slowly you'll get used to it. To stay away from your mobile phone, you should keep the data off and try to stay away from it. In the initial stage give fixed time to yourself to use tv and phone and then lessen that time each day. Be determinant and don't give up, then only you can stay away from these electronic gadgets.

Hello,

  1. Keep Your Vision and Goals in Mind.
  2. Reduce the Chaos of Your Day by Focusing on 2 to 3 Important Tasks.
  3. Do Those Tasks as Soon as Possible
  4. Focus on Only the Smallest Part of Your Work at a Time.
  5. Visualize Yourself Working.
  6. Control Your Internal Distractions.
