To improve your handwriting, you need to keep practicing. Following tips may help:

• Initially start writing slow and make your words nicely
• Don't force your fingers to hold the pen/pencil
• Find the most comfortable grip and the position of the paper where you have to give minimum efforts to write
• Practice Cursive Writing
• Gradually practice words and letters and then start writing full page articles, mind you need to be slow and calm in the starting and later gain speed while writing
