Hi aspirant, there are many modes through which you can join ISRO as a scientist or engineer. After class 12 or during class 12 you can appear for IIST exam. Above a certain pass percentage cutoff in final year B.Tech exam are directly observed in ISRO as scientist or engineer. For that, you have to appear for ISRO centralised requirement. Find some advertisement for this in national newspapers. you can also join ISRO after completing MSc M.Tech and PhD in science subjects like physics, maths, geophysics, electronics etc.
Good Luck!
