There is no official astronauts registered with ISRO now. For the mission of 2021, ISRO has selected professional and experienced pilots from Indian Air Force. so, there is probably a chance that ISRO may start recruitments for astronauts and will release the eligibility criteria also for the same. It is however expected that recruits will be mainly for students with a Physics and Mathematics background.
