Eligibility criteria for sailor and officer posts is:

The person should be unmarried

Age should be between 17-20 years .

Education:
10+2 science stream schooling with physics and mathematics subject. 70 % of minimum marks
. should be obtained in 10+ 2 .
Medical standards
.
The person should have good hearing ability.

Absence of nose,throat or ear disease
.
No speech impediment
.
No granular swelling
.
Absence of hernia
.
Health gum and set of teeth
.
Absence of any mental illness
.
Absence of genital urinary genital  tract diseases

I didn't understand your question. Do you need steps to join navy after 12th?

If so you have to right the NDA exam from which the best scores will be selected for the interview. The SSB interview is hard to crack. Or else you can directly go for the interview if selected with your +2 results. Information for both can be found from the site below.
