Hello there

If I tell u firstly the baisc definition of motivation then it is basically the drive which is responsible to achieve your goals or the necessities. To be motivated is very necessary as it totally proportional to your life meaningful making. So here I'm suggesting you some ways which you should follow to be in a good state.

  • Just after woking up or before sleeping set up goals that what you  have to do next day.
  • Think about your biggest goal and work upon it by making small-small goals everyday and in any condition make them possible to happen.
  • Set regular reminders as it will help you to be in disciplined.
  • Always try to interact with your family and friends whenever you feel alone.
  • And most importantly never think of negatives if you fail as the success is one chapter which comes after failure.
  • And lastly ne honest to yourself.

I hope it helps you!

Thank you!
