Go to some nearby hospitals and the doctor will check you body.May be they asked you for some tests and then they will issue medical certificate after proper health check up.

You can go to any doctor and get a medical fitness certificate made. The doctor will check you for a few basic things and if all is in place, then you can get your medical certificate signed.
