Paying fees or for that matter paying any amount to someone or to some organisation through NEFT or RTGS is extremely hassle free and is governed by a simple set of rules. So in order to pay your MBA PGCET fees through NEFT or RTGS, etc firstly you need to obtain the banking credentials of the receiver like for this case you need to know the credentials of the college where you wish to take admission which should be mentioned in the payment module/ page of the official registration website. Then once you have this information, you need to visit the bank of your choice wherein you have a savings account with sufficient balance to make the payment. Then you need to give in these details to the bank officials and clearly state them about the methodology through which you want to make the payment like RTGS/ NEFT, etc. The official would most likely hand you the concerned form where you will fill in the details of the payment and them submit it to the official. The payment should then be done within a day or two max.
