The caste certificate for JEE is to be uploaded according to the
prescribed format issued by the competent authority
of their respective State.
In case, any candidate does not have the certificate at the time of uploading the documents. He has to submit a self undertaking according to the format they have given claiming you will submit the certificate later within a particular date.
You can apply for center caste certificate as well.
