Physics and chemistry- physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants,but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly,understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too

 

Biology- in neet around 300 marks are from ncert text book itself,thats how it was when i gave my exam, so u need to thorough ncert first and then read any good book of your choice and solve as many questions as you can, always stay calm , cool and confident,hope this helps good luck buddy

• Introspect yourself :- make a checklist that what you know already and what you have to know for the NEET. Go through the syllabus once and check your level, that from where you have to start. 
• Plan the Journey:- After Introspecting, Start from the very basic and plan out the journey for the whole syllabus a set some deadline for yourself so that you can progress in a pre defined manner.

1. Make you own time table ,other than that of coaching - Shorter and achievable small targets

2. Focus on limited books - NCERT + Some reference (Allen Modules in your case)

3. Solve MCQS daily in a time limit - Understand where you are doing most mistakes, Correct it, retry

4. Understand all options of previous year MCQS ...As EXACT question is not repeated BUT related questions are....

5. Have patience and be positive

6. POSITIVE SURROUDING - Discuss with friends who can help you stay positive not the one who brings negativity

Preparing for Neet within 5 months is difficult procedure all together unless your Basic concept has been good enough over whatever period of time you have been spending doing physics,chemistry and Biology.
If you are more or less decent in physics, then I would say list down the formula in a copy which you can go through just in the month before the examination.
The same applies for physical chemistry as well.
Navigate around 1 to 1 and half hours to numericals from physics and physical chemistry.
In a separate copy if possible list down the major organic reaction sequences along with the mechanisms.
And Inorganic Chemistry mainly you need to remember some other important metallurgical reactions and their balancing.
As of Biology you should be ready getting around 3 hours everyday is paying special attention to zoology, botany and microbiology and Biotechnology.
Numericals from electromagnetism, mechanics and electrical circuit theory including inductance and capacitance from modern physics can only be master via regular practice, so if you haven't done then well before don't try to waste your time on them right now.
Try solving as many MCQs as possible, and going through the answers if available so that you can correct your mistakes.
Try giving the smoke examinations on MCQ so that you can tackle the more time management and scored the maximum number of positive questions as possible, negating the negative marking by attending the minimum number of questions which you think you will answer incorrectly
