Hello dear student,
I know it's not easy but if we really look into it , trust me you can make it easy. As by regularly working on class 12th syllabus. Study hard , do ncert sufficiently good . While you are studying everyday.  Give 2 hours to class 11th subjects and on weekends try to solve questions of the topics you have studied previous 5 days and try see how many questions you are able to solve . This will help you and won't be a burden on you.

It is not very tough task to manage board along with neet preparation. For this you have to attend your daily classes clear your theory and concepts at the college level. Next thing is have good books at home prepare your numerical portion and rest of High level concepts.

Go through good books like all NCERT HC Verma physics Dc Pandey and j d Lee chemistry Pradeep Kumar for bio.
