Hey,
The time period for NEET preparation can be divided into pre completion of syllabus and post completion of syllabus. This method will surely help you to prepare in a well managed way.
Pre-completion of syllabus :
At this time just focus on the basics and understanding all the facts of all the topics. Try to give around 4-5 hours to self study apart from your coachings.
Give around 1.5 hour to each subject whether it is biology, physics, chemistry because each of them is important to score good marks and a good rank. Try to read every concept from NCERT first before any extra book . For extra book recommendations Trueman's or Dinesh for biology, Pradeep's for chemistry, DC pandey for physics and if you are comfortable with any other book just go for that.
Post completion of syllabus:
This time will decide you how well you are prepared for your exam. During this time try to manage 7-8 hours to study. During this time try to solve PYQS and mock tests. Analyse your mistakes and try not to repeat them. Try to avoid silly mistakes.
Stay focused
And
All the best!
