If you have downloaded any file from e-mail, it can be opened in following methods:

Method 1: If you downloaded in PC, Check the download folder in Local Disk.

If you are using mobile, check your downloads folder in file                                         manager, you might find the file there.

Method 2: Go to browser you have used, press " Crtl+J "  to open download                                folder, you can find it there.
