The forms would be coming out in the month of November most probably in second week. Also, the application form would be filled online/offline as well and the fee can be paid through Net banking /Credit card/Debit card and for offline forms you will have to submit a DD for Rs. 990 drawn in favour of VIT University payable at Vellore.
