SOIL offers a well-designed curriculum, and the best aspect is that it is modified every year to reflect business needs, ensuring that students are industry-ready. The faculty members have extensive industrial expertise, which enriches and enlivens classroom learning.

College Infrastructure

The college is well-equipped with all of the necessary facilities for both online and offline delivery of classes. The entire course ran digitally in 2020 because to the pandemic, but the quality of learning was never affected. This year, 2021,the college introduced a hybrid learning paradigm in which students can choose between digital and physical classes.

SIP experience

Understanding the reality of the development sector is critical for a business leader. Human progress is dependent on the social sector. The Social Innovation Program has been integrated into the School of Inspired Leadership's curriculum as an integral course with this goal in mind. Student teams will collaborate with organisations dedicated to making the world a better place as part of this curriculum. Government-run groups, non-profits, for-profit social ventures, and educational institutions are all possibilities. Each student team will work on a specific project that will be chosen based on the organization's most important need areas, as agreed upon both the organisation and the student team.
