For preparation of any top level entrance exam ..
First You need to join a coaching institute...becuz they up to date you about latest information like change in syllabus,pattern or more details....also provide you old  questions papers....
And 2 nd thing you need is self study...self study is key of success

All the exams' names you have mentioned here have different syllabus and need different books for preparation. But one thing , in common  to prepare for all the exams is hardwork and dedication in a postive direction. Nobody can crack an exam by studying for it before one day. So,  a regular and managed schedule is also needed to crack any exam.

Secondly Solve all previous years question paper which helps a lot
