Hello.
Your preparation strategies for any of the exam may be follow some given tips:

Analysis of complete syllabus of the exam is the first point.
try to find easy topics for you which you have done in your bachelor then try to first go with those topics which you didn't touch.
try to analyse yourself on weekly basis through self test.
Try to clear your doubts ASAP.
also give some time to your favourite sport in order to have a good refreshment.
in the last few months of preparation just give your main focus to revise your previous topics.
always take small motivations to maintain your consistency.
