You have to prepare basic Physics, Chemistry,Biology and Mathematics.
4-6 hours of daily study.
Solve past year question papers.

Dinesh
Problems In General Physics

For Maths :

A Problem Book in Algebra
Mathematics for Class 12 by R D Sharma
RS Aggarwal
Tata McGraw Hill  for Mathematics

For Biology and Chemistry NCERT is must and then move to standard books.

For Biology :

Dinesh Objective Biology
Truemans Objective Biology -Vol. I & II

For Chemistry :

Organic Chemistry by Morrison and Boyd
Inorganic Chemistry For IIT-JEE by O.P. Tandon
J.D. Lee Concise Inorganic Chemistry
Numerical Chemistry by P  Bahadur

• For this preparation you can refer the reference book of RS aggarwal for advanced aptitude.
  
• You  can solve all previous year question papers which will give you an idea of the difficulty level.
