Hi, You will find many ways to prepare for Jee Main. Some guidance will be given by parents, some friends, faculty and etc. Points to prepare are basic yet very important to follow. Check the below pointers to work upon before starting for JEE MAINS.
First, Know the syllabus, Know the marking, Know the important topics.
Second, collect material. It does not mean to have many books but to have standard and quality books. Don't take NCERT lightly. Work on it.
Third, Manage you time smartly. Because there are other plans to do in a day. While making your study plan keep your syllabus in 2 divisions. One when you target yourself in certain time and others when you give yourself much time to prepare. Say in 2 days. So plan accordingly.
Fourth, Give mocks and tests, analyse them and work on your weak areas. Do not push or rush yourself. Wherever you stuck try to solve but do not prolong and sit on it.
Fifth, Keep revising. Practice and Practice.
A little bit of worry is good and so it should motivate you to study than you forcing yourself to study.
All the best.
