NDA means National Defence Academy. This exam is conducted by UPSC for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA. This exam is a gateway for candidates looking forward to joining Defence Forces including Army, Navy and Air Force. It's happen twice in a year. 12th class passed candidates with age between 16.5 to 19 years old they can apply for NDA examination.  Candidates must in Indian citizens. And they must unmarried and remain unmarried till the NDA training is effect. So this are the main conditions. And candidates age, height, eye vision, health also matter here.

NDA syllabus is main mathematics and GAT. GAT including English, General Knowledge, Physics, Chemistry, General Science, General Science, History, Freedom Movement  and Current Events also. So you have to study all the syllabus and note it down. You can give mock test daily. Know the NDA examination pattern. And study+ test is the most important thing in this examination. You have to look after of your health. Because health is always matter and in this examination it's matter most.
