Many aspirants face the same problem as you when they start preparing for NEET. However, as they say 'better late than never'! If you are currently in class 12th, you will face a peculiar situation since you will have to prepare simultaneously for boards and NEET. This is a hard job but not impossible. If I were in your place, I would chose a coaching institute to help me with the preparation buf to chose or not to chose a coaching is entirely your own decision. What you must remember to do is 

1. Preparing a schedule and sticking to it no matter what happens; and 

2. Timely revision


It might not be hard for some us to stick to a schedule but without timely revision we tend to forget everything and end up doing the same chapters several times.
