Hello Hitesh

If you're asking for preparing for the entrance exam in these last few days then dear it's not possible to. It requires lots of efforts and practice to crack NEET. However, if for revision in the last moment- I can help you out with some tips.
Go for biology first, read the most important chapters of high weight age from NCERTs of both class 11 and 12. Human Physiology, reproduction, cell, ecology, animal biodiversity, plants chapters. Study the examples, classifications, the tabular data, name of the scientists/inventors/ discoverers, statistics, diagrams and their labellings very carefully- as maximum questions are asked from these.
For Chemistry- you can go for the organic chemistry part as it is the most important one. Go through the nomenclature-rules carefully from the NCERT. See the solved questions. Whereas for Physics- revise the formulae of the important chapters like Thermodynamics, Work-Power-Energy, KTG, And modern physics chapters.

Good Luck.!
