Schaum's Outlines series and Mathematical Methods for Physics & Engineering: Riley, Hobson & Bence cover the topic Mathematical Models. Quantum Mechanics by Zetili / Griffith / Schaums Series, Quantum Mechanics by MC Jain, Classical Mechanics by Kepler or Berclays, and HJ Pain are good books for Mechanical and General Properties of matter.
