Brother it's up-to you. Just know the syllabus very well. Have a perfect idea of all the chapters that are going to come, all the topics that you need to cover and accordingly start working for the same at your own pace keeping in mind some targets and try to fulfill them each day.

Try to solve maximum practice problems for each subjects ie mcqs and get thorough with ncert especially for chemistry.

And don't set a timetable for a whole month or a long term trust me it's waste. Prepare a time table every morning for a single day as per your interest and mood. And accordingly accept everyday as a challenge and try to achieve them regularly.
