National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET 2019 application forms on November 1, 2018 (today). Candidates can fill the application form in online mode.
Steps to fill the application forms are
1. Registration
2. Filling the application form
3. Upoading of the scanned documents
4. Payment of the Application fee
5. Printing of the Acknowledgement slip

After payment of application fee, a confirmation page will be generated and will also be sent to registered e mail Id and mobile number. Generation of confirmation page will indicate that your NEET 2019 application form has been successfully submitted.  You should take a print out of the application form and also preserve it for the future purpose.
