how to read NEET results , what does 720-147 score , and 50th percentile mean. Is 50th percentile ie 360 is the qualifying marks or 147 is the qualifying mark.

50 percentile is 147. Which means that 50 percent of the Candidates who appeared for NEET score 147 and more. Because the qualifying percentile for General Category is 50 percentile, Candidates who belong to General Category, should score more than 147 and should score within a range of 147-720 to qualify in NEET. 147 is the minimum score to qualify in NEET for General Category Candidates. . Ty,Got it but why is this referred as qualifying percentile, 50th percentile seems to be just a info that 50% qualified above 147. Even if this 50th percentile not mentioned , still we can understand from score that 147 and above marks are qualified
