If you want a refund for extra fees paid in JOSAA counselling , follow these steps:

1. Check your JOSAA account for any refund option under your profile.

2. Keep all payment receipts and confirmations safe.

3. If there is no online option, contact the JOSAA helpdesk and explain that you paid excess fees and want a refund.

4. Follow the instructions given by the helpdesk.

Refunds are usually processed back to the same account or method used for payment.
