make note of all important topics and put a schedule on it.stick to the schedule that's all.sticking to the schedule is most challenging one,so dont get diverted to your environment or any other things.note down all important formulae and theorems in maths.in chemistry write and revise all important chemical reactions and it's formulaes,do the same for  physics.
