Hello dear
Sorry to say but its entrance exam and a hard nut to crack , you can't prepare for it in just 5 days but yes if you have prepared well then go for short and quick revision of all the important points , revise all the important formulas,  practice   mock test papers and last year papers .

I want to time table for quick revision ...im not talking about whole syllabus in 5 days... Please tell me about for quick revision in last 5 days

Your time table should be like , wake up and then revise all formulas in 1 hour,  then solve past year physics questions of physics and revise the concepts behind the questions that you did wrong in 2hr , then go for chapterwise revision for 4 hours in which try to revise 8 chapters , I mean revise at the rate of 1 chapter per half hour , So devote 7 hours a day to physics and rest time will be for your biology and chemistry.
