Hii,First and foremost understand the basic concept under each topic.Don't try to mug up anything.Practice as many no of questions you can from that particular topic.Don't get discouraged if you don't understand a particular concept. In neet, the examiners will not ask you high end questions like they are asked in jee advanced and other engineering examinations.
Below are some topics that I found were repeated every year including this year.
1)Open and closed pipe harmonics
2)Doppler's effect in sound
3)Photoelectric effect numericals
4)LCR circuits
5)Young's double slit experiment
6)Biot savart's law

Hello Amith,
For a good overall score in NEET, you need to score well in all the subjects and one of them is Physics which is pretty difficult for every biology student.
My suggestion to you is to not skip any of the chapters of NCERT textbooks of class 11 and 12. For NEET, students tend to focus on only the competitive exam books but unless your basics are completely clear you will not be able to score well and NCERT books will really help you in that. So study the NCERT well and solve previous years question papers. This way, you'll be able to score pretty good in physics. Do not forget to keep your mind relaxed.
You can go through the below link for more information on how to prepare for NEET physics-

Hope this helps.
