The only answer to this is "study" else there is no alternative.See in a exams like neet which is so wide and vast and you will need to have very deep knowledge in depth to cover of all the topics.You will need to spend a minimum of 10-12 hours everyday with full discipline and dedication and staying away from all the distractions.The most important thing is to stay motivated and be positive and stay above from dedications and i believe that this is the key because you can give a lot of time in studies by without considering these habits you can focus and give best.
