It depends person to person.As JEE advanced has 3 subjects,you can start with any subject in which you are very much strong.But if you ask to me, I will starts from chemistry as it has less formulae as compared to maths & physics.

I think order depends on which subject you know best. Because solving that subject question and getting their answers will give confidence for further sections.
I always started with physics than half of chemistry than whole math than again returned to chemistry.
But I would recommend you to choose either physics or chemistry for first. and don't give more than 30 minutes to chemistry. Don't relly on revision try to do each question correctly in first attempt only.
