when it comes to mains answering more questions and time management plays a key role.

But in advanced your logic, the way you think plays a key role.so, I advice you to start paper with the subject you are good at from the rudimentary level.But don't adhere to the same order and time you planned to allot for a section, your approach and strategy should change from paper to paper.

It depends person to person.As JEE advanced has 3 subjects,you can start with any subject in which you are very much strong.But if you ask to me,  I will  starts from chemistry as it has less formulae as compared to maths & physics.

One should attempt the paper as it suits him/her, it depends upon the strengths and weaknesses of the person, but there is a way to attempt the questions taught by the experienced teachers and learning from students who scored very well, and that is

1. Attempt Chemistry first - Chemistry is the easiest of the three and majority of the questions are just informative or just a bit deductive so try to finish this section within 30±5 mins.
2. Then nail Maths - After gaining sufficient momentum after attempting chemistry and bagging a handful of marks and confidence, go for maths, and Do not take over 1 hour for attempting the maths section first time. Almost none of the questions are way too out of the league with respect to maths if you have conceptual clarity, but some of them might take quite some time, so AVOID the lengthy ones and deal with the simpler / intermediate ones and maximize it, and After dot 1 hour…
3. Step into Physics - JEE advanced physics is of indeed good standard ( ignoring JEE Adv 2017) the questions are usually of 5–7 lines of actual calculation but 20–30 lines of thought, so I would recommend getting a little break in between the paper after attempting maths, Have some fresh air, stretch your body, drink some water And resume with a fresh and rejuvenated mind, and attempt the physics section for again 1 hour and DO NOT judge any question with just the appearance, a scary looking diagram may have just 1 line thought and 1 line calculation.
4. NOTE : The remaining 30 minutes are for revising and attempting the other questions which you were not able to solve earlier, with a different mind set you might be able to get the crack to the question, and do fill the OMR after every subject so that you can use the extra time for thinking and not just bubbling, trust me, saves time and avoids the risk of bubbling mistake.

That's all i can tell you since the Pattern always remains a mystery until the final day, Hope this Helps you achieve your goal!

I think order depends on which subject you know best. Because solving that subject question and getting their answers will give confidence for further sections. 

I  always started with physics than half of chemistry than whole math than again returned to chemistry.

But I would recommend you to choose either physics or chemistry for first. and don't give more than 30 minutes to chemistry.  Don't relly on revision  try to do each question correctly in first attempt only.
