You must stay very focused and serious about this examination as it is taken at national level with great competition. So you need to be at the best as this is a question of your entire career. Keep this as your motivation. Then form a study plan for a particular day. Achieve that days target and go to bed peacefully. Achieving this smaller targets will let you prepare in a much better way for the bigger competition ie the JEE examination.
