If you think that messages from career 360 are bothering you, you can stop them. If you are getting text messages then GO to the messages app, then select the sender's message which is career 360 in your case then you will get an  'i' button on the top right corner you can simply block the sender by this and will no longer be able to receive messages and if you want to stop getting emails from this you can go to the mail you will get the unsubscribe button on the bottommost center, so from there you can click on that button then click on confirm then you will no longer be able to receive such emails.
