Hello,

In today's world of technology and modernization it is pretty hard for teenagers to stay away from mobile phones, laptops, social media and other distracting things but one student has to keep in mind that his prime objective is to study well and do well in his career because that is the only thing that can help you to achieve everything. As Swami Vivekanand once said arise awake and stop not until the goal is achieved. So you should keep in mind that your goal is to crack JEE Mains and for that you have to stay away from phone and you already know that the phone is killing your time distracting you still you give attention to it that's the only problem. Just give the phone to your father, mother or keep it at a place where you cannot reach and just focus on your study think about the end result if you will get a good college you can use your phone all day no one will stop you but as of now focus on studies.

Goodluck

Hii,

Self discipline and inner motivation plays a very crucial role while preparing for any competitive exams like jee or NEET.

You will have to develop a inner potential because until or unless you are not motivated to stop the things by yourself which hinder your progress then no one else is able to stop you.

You should have to delete those apps which are consuming your times and you fell addiction for that.

You need to limit yourself by limiting your connectivity with social media then only you stop this addiction

You can also install few apps from play store which lock your phone for  few hours.

You need to convince yourself that until or unless i am not competing my target i will not touch the phone.

Once you complete with the task then you can reward yourself by using few minutes.

Hope this tips will help you,

All the very best!!

Dear Aspirant,

If you are preparing for any exam you have to make your will power strong enough to not get distracted by small things. Phone addiction is common these days as all the information you get is through your phone only.

But you can try these few simple tips-

  • Keep reminding yourself what your goal is in life.
  • Try medidating for atleast 5 mins a day so it improves your concentration power.
  • Silent your phone while studying
  • Sit in peacful location while studying
  • Keep taking small breaks while studying and make sure you do not use your phone in that time. try to eat or drink water during that time.

Small changes can make a big differnce.

Hope it Helps!

Good luck

Dear student,
Jee requires lot of hard work and if you get distracted away by your cell phones then the chances of you cracking jee degrades day by day.
To stay away from your cell phone, you can follow the given things:
Turn off the mobile data of your phone so that you do not end up checking you phone and wasting time on it.
Put your mobile phone on silent mode so that you are not distracted by it's sound.
Tell people not to disturb you.
You can even delete your social media accounts if you wish to.
Keep your mobile phones far away from yourself.
Find out other modes of entertainment and taking rest rather than using your phones, you can find out some outdoor activities to take rest from studies.
Hope this helps.
