If you want to join IIT for biology study then you have to prepare for IIT Jam examination.

The subjects you have to study are taxonomy of plants and animals; pro-and eukaryotic organisms; cell organelles and their function; multicellular organization; general physiology; energy transformations; internal transport systems of plants and animals; photosynthesis; respiration; regulation of body fluids and excretory mechanisms;

So nothing worry about the study. You have to prepare yourself for examination and keep daily more number of hours study. And keep practicing the previous question paper and give the mock test also..it will be helpful for you.
