Hello,

Candidates who complete Diploma in engineering are eligible to pursue B.Tech through lateral entry exam. DTE Kerala LET is an entrance examination conducted for admission in B.Tech courses for candidates who have completed Diploma. Non-Keralites are also eligible to apply but their admission but can only get admission into the Private and non government colleges.

I hope this helps.
