If you are starting from scratch and want to prepare for JEE examination in just 6 months then it is going to be quite difficult as the syllabus of JEE mains is quite broad and it takes time to cover them with clear concepts , but don't worry if you remain honest to work your preparation and dedicated then you can definitely prepare well.

As you want to prepare in just 6 months so you should focus more on important chapter .Some of the  important topics or chapters based on their weightage in past year JEE examination is provided below subject wise, you should stress more on these

Practice questions after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs


You should practise at least 80 to100 numericals and mcqs in Each chapter to master concepts so that you can solve numericals and MCQs easily


Revise your concepts, important formulas etc at regular intervals, like once in a week or 15 days .


Make routine or timetable :- you can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study.


Solve previous year questions of JEE


once you are done with the complete neet syllabus go through mock test papers of JEE
