If you want to take admission for undergraduate programme you have to fight a exam called SAT .
And for post graduate you have to give GRE .
both are very hard competitive exams . And many foreign universities take admission in your GRE or SAT score ... And yes based on your no. The scholarship is also there . The more you score the more will be scholarship
