Hey,

If you have been allotted a seat in any college in the first round of Neet Counseling at All India Level. And if you don't report to the centre, you will be automatically considered as opting for exiting from the college seat.

So it's very simple just don't report to the college and you can withdraw the seat.

If you have already gotten a seat in the first round, you will have the option to reject the seat. However if you do accept the seat and then decide not to report to the college, the security deposit will not be refunded back to you.

If you did not get a seat in the 1st round, you should not fill in the choices for the second round (fresh choices are mandatory).
