For Integrated 5 Year MSc Course at many of the NITs, you need to appear for JEE Main, ace it with a Required Rank (May Refer to Previous Year Cutoffs, to get an Idea), followed by Securing your choice in JoSAA Counselling.

However for 2 Year MSc or Integrated MSc+PhD, admission can be attained through IIT JAM Examination Scorecard followed by Centralized Counselling for NITs ans GFTIs.
