To get admission in BTech programme you must have qualified for 10+2 or equivalent exam from recognised board with Mathematics and Physics as compulsary subject. 

After your imtermediate board exam you can apply for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Mains for tier 1& 2 colleges. 

You can also apply for state engineering entrances for admission in state engineering college.
