Hello sir,  I am selected in samras merit list in anand, U want to study at sardar Patel university. But i can't take admission in sardar Patel university. So i take admission in msu Baroda.  I want to transfer anand to Vadodara. I have already  fill up changing form at anand.  But they are not response me.   What can I do.
