This year telangana Government adopts 10 percent EWS quota in government medical and dental college in the state for the economically weaker section of the general category.According to this order EWS reservation will be made in addition to reservation for sc,st and obc candidate from 2019-20 academic year.

To take admission under EWS reservation quota the candidate have to submit the income and asset certificate to the verifying officer at the time of verification of certificate.And if a candidate fail to claim that he or she belong to ews quota then he will not get reservation .

The candidate whose annual income is less than 8 lakh is eligible for ews reservation quota.
