You can't transfer or get back the paid fee. If you have paid total College fee then you must visit the college and let them know about your 2nd phase admission, they will let you know the procedure to follow for getting back your fee. But if you haven't paid College fee or just want admission fee Back then sorry you can't get admission fee return
